It's my Halloween costume for this year. You like???
Now that I've designed it, all I've gotta do is cut up some fabric and get to sewing. oh, and get some gold spraypaint for the white angel wings I found. Also some claws... But I've already got an Egyptian headdress, though I forgot to draw it on the picture. rrrrr
I was going to be a sexy Ravenclaw student but this ones more cost effective. ...and fun. ^^ teehee. Besides, who else is going to be a gold/yellow body painted Egyptian Sphinx for Halloween? Who else can pull it off? *feels a little conceited*
sew a plain straight stitch on the front side((outside)) of the garment, also called wrong side but it's what people see, right? make sure you back stictch at begining and end. Then after you do that trim the seam allowance to half. Then turn it inside out where main seems are sewn then sew another straight stitch with backstitching. When you're done you won't see the seam allowance outside or inside the garment.
[link] but i don't top stich the inside seam because then it looks like a flat-lock seam.

As of recent, the talented =Behana has joined us in bringing you this weekly newsletter and we are excited to have her on board. This is a special feature, with a selection of 50 manips from the past year that we loved.
